Israel has emerged as a country at the forefront of COVID-19 vaccinations. In a matter of weeks, the country has given at least one jab to half of its population with around a third getting both. On Wednesday, Seoul city held an online conference with Israeli health officials, to learn more about the vaccination process. The Israeli side said vaccinations decreased symptomatic cases by 94 percent and for severely ill patients, by 92 percent. The daily caseload is now one-third of numbers reported in mid-January.
