Garosu-gil, located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, is one of the most popular places to visit in Seoul.
The term “garosu” means “street tree” in Korean, and Garosu-gil is lined with ginkgo trees along the street. The street is also very accessible as it is close to Exit 8 of Sinsa Station (Line 3).
Although the street is shorter and narrower than Gangnam-daero, Sinsa-dong’s Garosu-gil is packed with more stores. There are even numerous showrooms of international car brands that make the area feel like an auto trade show.
Garosu-gil started to attract more attention since the first official Apple store in Korea opened here. With a lot of cafes and showrooms opening in Garosu-gil, it has become a popular place visited by celebrities, fashion icons, and influencers.
Come and visit Garosu-gil where you can see various fashion trends and even visit popular cafes.
